The BBC will be hosting three "After the coffee ride Bike Clinics"  covering the ABS's of Bike Maintenance.

This Clinic will be on "Brakes" 

Disc or Rim Brakes
Adjusting brakes
Using the Brakes to slow and stop


Bring a bike tool set with you. This should be a standard part of your bike tool kit on every ride.
