Each year in May, we put on the BBC Spoke & Hub Charity Ride.  The Spoke & Hub is based on the idea of a wheel having a hub in the middle and spokes that branch out in various directions. Cyclists have the option of riding one or more of the five spokes that range between 10 and 46 miles.  A century ride may be done by completing Spokes 2, 3, and 4. This allows the group of approximately 100 riders to travel in multiple directions instead of one massive group. The ride takes place primarily on trails and low traffic roads, with the exception of the Spoke 5 that is comprised of surface streets mainly in Olde Towne Bellevue.

Money is raised via the ride entry fee as well as through the sale of raffle tickets.  Raffle tickets are $3 each, 2 for $5, 5 for $10 and you could win a free bicycle.  See flier for details.

The next Spoke and Hub is scheduled for Saturday May 19th, 2012
